What are the Webs discounts?
SAVE! The Webs discount system saves you even more above our low yarn prices and you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out.
You may deduct 20% on a $60. yarn order and 25% on a $120. order. It's that simple. The discounts apply to standard yarns, our own lines, mill
ends and closeouts. Occasionally a yarn will be marked NFD or "No Further discount". On those yarns the price is net and they don't count in the
total for your discount.
Does Webs have a retail store and when is it open?
Yes, our retail store and 21,000 square foot warehouse are open to shoppers.
We're located on Service Center Rd. in Northampton, Massachusetts.
WEBS is open Monday-Saturday 10:00am-5:30pm, and Thursday evenings until 8:00pm.
We are closed on Sundays and on
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

From East or West
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to Exit 4.
After you exit, take I-91 North to Exit 18.
At the end of the ramp take a left onto Rte. 5 North.
Go 6/10 of a mile and look for a blue ATM on the left.
Take that left onto Service Center Road, pass Northampton Rental and Whalen's
and you'll see Webs' bright blue awning on a gray brick building.
From North or South
Take I-91 to Exit 18 and follow above directions.

Do you carry name brand yarns?
Yes, we do. Our stock includes yarns from Berroco, Classic Elite, Cascade, Noro, Debbie Bliss, Adrienne Vittadini, KFI, Spinrite, Lane Borgosesia,
Plymouth, Renolds, Grignasco, Brown Sheep, Karabella, Great Adirondack, Harrisville Designs and UKIBR

All other orders:
Orders weighing less than 2 pounds will be shipped via Priority Mail from the Postal Service.
Orders over 2 pounds will be shipped UPS. If you do wish to utilize a different method of shipment,
we will be happy to do so, however please understand that there may be additional cost.
Under one (1) pound (gross weight) - $4.75
Anything over 1 pound -2 pounds (gross weight) - $6.25
Zones 2, 3 and 4: See above - add 0.35¢/lb. over 2 lbs.
(Your best guess is OK; we will refund any overcharges, and bill any shortages.)
Zones 5 and 6: See above - add 0.50¢/lb. over 2 lbs.
Zone 7 and 8 : See above - add 0.70¢/lb. over 2 lbs.

We are happy to fill orders for our customers outside the lower 48 states. Unless you wish otherwise, we utlize the US Postal Service for our foreign orders. For most orders we prefer air mail as ground can take 4-6 weeks. To estimate your shipping charges, please go to the USPS website with the link below. We add an additional $1.00 to each order for shipping and handling. Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties.

Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Your order is carefully picked, wound and packed. Our packers are highly trained and very accurate. Should you receive an order with an error, please note that we will try out utmost to make it right. Please don't despair, just call us and we will fix the problem.
On returns in general, the following is our policy.
Yarns sent in error or defective yarns may be returned for full credit or replacement. We will absorb all shipping costs.
If your order was filled correctly - including agreed upon colors on telephone orders - we will gladly accept your return. However, there are no refunds on shipping and handling costs on correctly filled orders. Yarns in sealed packages, such as the linens and Valley Cottons, will not be accepted for return if the packaging is opened. Yarns sold by the cone in standard weight units, such as Harrisville Designs, must not have been drawn down.
If you return part of an order that received a discount and the remaining part of the order in your possession by itself would not qualify for the discount, we will recalculate the charges on your entire order to recover the discount before issuing your credit on returned goods.
No returns accepted after 60 days from the date on your sales slip.
All sale items are final sale. Sale items are not returnable or exchangable.
Sale of books, patterns, and magazines are FINAL. No Returns.
How do I get onto the Webs mailing list?
Our mailing list is order driven. You get on it by placing an order by mail, fax, email or on the web or by signing up in the retail store. After every
purchase, you stay on the mailing list for the following eight months. If you don't purchase again within eight months, our computer program drops you
from the active customer list.

Can I purchase Webs gift certificates?
Absolutely. They are available by clicking here, or you can order a catalog and specify
that you would like to order gift certificates, how many, and for what denominations in the comments section of the order. You will not be charged for
the catalog.
Tell me about grab bags
Webs buys a huge number of bags of yarn from manufacturers who close out styles. We sell these at tremendous savings to our customers by mail
and in the retail store. When the stock goes below what we can effectively sample, the remaining goes into the grab bags. Grab bags are not
discountable. Standard grab bags are bundles of five or ten bags of name-brand yard offered at even better savings. You don't get to make many
choices, but you save up to 90% on the cost of yarn. Bags can contain ten skeins of either 50 or 100 grams each. "Supreme" grab bags are
closeouts of more expensive luxury yarns, while the normal grab bags are of high quality, but not as expensive. Please specify your color, fiber,
and weight preferences in the special instructions section of the order form and we will try to match them when possible. Single Skein Deluxe
grab bags are grab bags containing 25 or 50 single skeins, the ultimate variety pack of closeout, mill end, and great but lonely yarn. Please
specify your color, weight, and fiber preferences in the special instructions of the checkout form and we will try to match them when possible.
