These 10 happy little 'Dolly Pencil Toppers' are very quick and easy to knit and will utilize lots of your small lengths of brightly coloured yarn. A dolly on a pencil would make a perfect party prize, or favour bag filler. Hang on the Christmas tree or use as a place marker on the party table.
