The Poinsettia Tam from Designs by Romi is a fast and light lace tam that - surprise! - comes in a lined version as well! The lining, knit from mohair/silk, is gathered for extra warmth. Some knitters have even been wearing them inside out for a more dramatic look. The lace pattern is both written and charted. Bonus in this pattern is a pair of lacy cuffs to match the hat. Lined or not, they look lovely with your winter jacket! Lace patterns are both charted and written out.

Yarn Requirements: fingering weight yarn for body of hat, such as Dream in Color Smooshy with Cashmere (70% Superwash Merino Wool/ 20% Cashmere/ 10% Nylon; 4oz/400yds) and (optional, for lining)1 hank Shibui Silk Cloud (60% Kid Mohair/40% Silk; 25g/330yds)
