Product Details

Valley Yarns Worthington offers you soft, rustic tweeds in a splendid color palette. This DK weight wool, alpaca, and viscose blend has a subtle halo that will work up beautifully into garments you’ll want to wear again and again. The plies in Valley Yarn Worthington provide you with comfort and durability for high use accessories like fingerless gloves and mittens while the added viscose will help manage pilling.

Note: Some balls are mislabeled as being machine-washable and at 190yds per ball.  This yarn is hand wash recommended and 174yds.

Note: Some balls of colors 05, 06, 07, 08, 14 may have their color name mislabeled as "Oatmeal". These balls do have the correct color number on their labels.

The yarn was much rougher than I imagined. The color was photographed accurately though.

Lovely to work with and wear. Shows cables wonderfully.

Worthington compares to a more expensive yarn favorably, both in price and softness. I wish it came in more colors.

I like the yarn. It gives good stitch definition, but it breaks easily. I know it will knit into a warm garment for Fall and Winter.
