This comprehensive program is designed to guide passionate beginners on their journey to becoming accomplished, confident expert knitters. Through a carefully curated curriculum, students will acquire the essential skills and advanced techniques needed to master the craft of knitting.

Program Overview: The curriculum is structured to provide a well-rounded education, combining foundational knowledge with specialized expertise. By the end of the program, students will not only have honed their technical skills but will also be prepared to approach complex projects with creativity, precision, and confidence.

Curriculum Breakdown:

Seventeen Core Requirements: These foundational courses cover a broad spectrum of knitting techniques and principles. From mastering basic stitches to advanced garment construction, students will learn everything an expert knitter needs to know. The core courses are designed to challenge students to think critically, experiment with new techniques, and solve problems independently.

Three Electives: In addition to the core coursework, students will have the opportunity to select three electives, allowing them to personalize their learning journey.

Two Fiber Arts Electives: These electives allow students to explore other fiber arts, such as crochet, spinning, weaving, or dyeing. This exposure to different techniques will deepen their understanding of fibers and materials, enriching their knitting practice and expanding their creative horizons.

One Advanced Knitting Elective: This elective offers a chance to dive deeper into specific knitting techniques or specialized areas, such as pattern design, textured knitting, or advanced shaping, giving students a chance to refine their skills in their chosen niche.

Cancellation Policy: For all classes, payment of full tuition is due at time of registration. Tuition will be refunded only if the class is cancelled by WEBS, or if there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled.
