Returns Policy

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us.

• New, unopened items including closeout yarn may be returned within 90 days of purchase except for books, magazines, DVDs, gift cards, egift cards or patterns which are not returnable.
• All other sale items are not returnable.
• Orders placed through the website that are returned in our retail store in Northampton, MA will be refunded back to the method of payment used for the order within 1-2 business days.
• Store purchases that are returned to the store can only receive store credit.
• For a refund, returns need to be shipped to our warehouse in Easthampton, MA. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
• Refunds for regular returns are for the returned merchandise only, and will not include the initial shipping cost for the order
• Refunds are processed back to original form of payment.

As long as the items meet the criteria noted above, we ask that you please fill out our Return Request form.

Once the form is submitted, simply return the order with a copy of the invoice and a note with the authorization code to:

All of our Knitter’s Pride products are backed by a one-year replacement policy. If you have an issue with a Knitter's Pride product you've purchased from WEBS, contact Customer Service to get a replacement.
