Book Launch Event: Knitting Meditation: 40 Day Journal by Mary Ann Gebhardt
Join us for a relaxing afternoon celebrating the launch of Knitting Mediation: A 40 Day Journal.
We will begin with a calming guided meditation, accompanied by the soothing tones of Tibetan jingling bowls. Then, we'll gather to explore the meditative and healing qualities of knitting, crochet, spinning, and other fiber arts. Books will be available for purchase during the event.
